Philadelphia mintage of 795,300, this date with just a small premium over a type coin. This is WB-3, R-3 with 18 re-punched at the bottom and obverse die crack running from the middle of (DO)L to the arrow heads. Well struck with golden accented fields. Housed in a Generation 5 ANACS OWH which was in use from 1996-99. Original.
