Final year of issue Seated Liberty Quarter displays consistent greyish surfaces with a bit of underlying luster showing through. A bit weakly struck in the head area and upper stars (notably 7, 8) which is typical for the issue, but overall a solid selection for the date and 3rd party grade, typical for the issue.  ORIGINAL.
