New 8/13 This Missouri Centennial was issued to commemorate the 100th anniversary of Missouri into the Union and is among the rarest issues in the classic commemorative series with 11,400 distributed per the red book.  This example with unquestionably original brownish grey toning, ample underlying luster and a bit of attractive rainbow colored rim toning that my image fails to capture. . Strike is strong with the obverse design depicting a frontiersman the reverse with a frontiersman and Indian. Attractively priced for the offered quality.
